The adopter shall be responsible for providing proof that the animal has been sterilized within seven days of the surgery or will insure that the licensed veterinarian responsible for the spay/neuter surgery submits signed verification to CCAC that the sterilization process has been accomplished. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or is caring for an animal which has died or has been killed to abandon the animal, its parts, or blood. Do all goats have horns?
